“I was collected by RH Recovery after RAC wanted to leave me, alone in a rough area for up to 12 hours. They was with me within 40 mins, Buzz the driver was light hearted and a really nice man, sensing I was obviously stressed after already being there for 5 hours. Drove me 45 miles home ending my 8 hour being stranded (past midnight- RAC wanted to leave me til 5am knowing I had 4 kids at home being looked after by a neighbour).
Really was a save! I hope in the nicest way I never see you again, but ive saved your number just in case. Efficient, reliable, professional and they could of taken the mick with the price, knowing my situation but didnt.
